By using VirtualIChing MING ("the Application"), you agree to these terms. The Application is published by jcdweb Montréal.

Service Description

VirtualIChing MING is an I Ching consultation application offering random draws (local Zen mode or Quantum QRNG mode) and artificial intelligence interpretation (MING AI). The Application is provided for entertainment and personal development purposes. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Accounts and Credits

Access requires a valid email address and OTP code authentication.
Each account receives free consultations upon registration.
Quantum draws (QRNG) cost 1 consultation. Zen draws (local) are free.
A conversation with MING AI costs 1 consultation.
Additional consultations may be purchased via PayPal.
Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rules of Conduct

You must not attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you.
Any abusive, automated, or fraudulent use is prohibited.
Content generated by MING AI is informational and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

Intellectual Property

The Application, its code, design, translations, and the MING AI character are the property of jcdweb Montréal. Yi King texts are in the public domain. Translations by Doublet, Wilhelm, Legge, and Philastre are used in compliance with applicable rights.

Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is". jcdweb Montréal does not guarantee continuous service availability, accuracy of MING AI interpretations, or draw results. In no event shall jcdweb Montréal be held liable for decisions made based on consultations.

Termination

jcdweb Montréal reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms. Inactive accounts with no activity may be deleted after 90 days.

Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Montréal.
